14 Åke Bengtsson Färla (d. 1578) had his coat of arms hewn in 1564 after his years as commander of all Sweden´s armed forces in Livonia. Later a member of Count Karl´s Council and Governor at the Stockholm Castle. He was to be his ancient family line´s last male member.
