85 Åke Henriksson Tott (1598–1640) came to the island in 1635, presumably on his way to his estates in western Nyland (Uusimaa): Sjundby in Sjundeå and Gerknäs in Lojo. Tott made a successful military career, advancing to Field Marshal during the 30-years´ War. His brother-in-arms in that war was Torsten Stålhandske (nr 51), referred to as “the King´s snow-plow”, due to his mostly successful advances on the battlefield.
