Order and delivery terms – the Museum of Hanko

1. General terms
These order and delivery terms apply to all orders placed through the Museum of Hanko’s online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Ordering
Placing an order takes place through our online store. Order confirmation is sent by e-mail immediately after receiving the order. It is possible to cancel or change the order before the order has been processed and sent by contacting our customer service.
3. Prices and payment
All prices include value-added tax (VAT) and are stated in euros (€). In our online store, we offer the following payment methods:
● Online payment services of all domestic banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki.
● Bank and credit cards

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

4. Delivery
Orders are delivered in Finland within approx. 7 business days. International deliveries are agreed upon separately. Delivery costs are determined by the weight of the order and the delivery address, and they are announced at the checkout before confirming the order.
5. Returns and exchanges
The customer has a right to return an order within 14 days after receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. The costs arising from the return are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an incorrect or defect product. If the product is defect or does not correspond to the description, contact our customer service immediately. We strive to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible.
