Information for visitors

The Museum of Hanko is located in the old factory facilities of Manner’s mechanical workshop at Pitkäkatu 17.

Opening hours:
Tuesday-Friday 10-18
Saturday-Sunday 11-16

Irregular opening hours:

Independence day 6.12.2024: 11–16.
23.–25.12.2024: the museum is closed.
26.-29.12.2024: 11-16.
30.12.2024: the museum is closed.
New Year’s Eve 31.12.2024: 11–16
New Year’s Day 1.1.2025: the museum is closed.

The car park i along the eastern side of the museum building. There’s a parking space for bicycles on the courtyard. Buses park in front of the building, on the southern side of the museum. Prams can be left inside the museum.

The entrance to the museum is through the courtyard on the western side of the buildning.

The museum’s exhibition spaces are accessible. The archive is not accessible

  • We accept the Museum card and E-passi
